Our team of friendly Personal Trainers are there for you at every session.
PROGRESS AND GOAL SETTING CHECK-INS
You will sit down with a trainer and talk through your goal and then review it every month.
You'll get the tailored support you need from a friendly, experienced trainer.
FLEXIBLE TIMETABLE
We designed our timetable with a busy person in mind.
Early sessions from 6am, lunch time sessions & evening sessions until 9pm.
All you need to do is choose 3 per week which you book on our app.
PROGRESS TRACKING
Track your training programme, steps, calories and body composition progress in one of our Blueprint Fitness Training Diaries.
This is your fitness hub of results and progress, helping you stay accountable and motivated.
INBODY SCAN PROGRESS
Body fat and muscle mass are two very important markers for overall health.
We have a state-of-the-art InBody machine which tells you what you are made up of.
All done privately in your 121 check-in with your trainer.
FRIENDLY COMMUNITY
To put simply, we don't allow an intimidating, judgemental environment.
Blueprint Fitness is made up of friendly, like-minded people, all on a similar mission.

No, we are very flexible, we train a lot of full-time workers and parents. You can change your sessions every week and book in to any which suit you.
That's fine, most of our members are beginners, you don't need any experience or fitness level to join Blueprint. We will help you.
You can sign up as a fully-fledged member, or you can stop after the 30 days, its totally up to you!
